Finally...a town

Shiloh Shivargato
Newbie
The sound of townspeople only a short distance away reached her keen ears as she sat there in the saddle upon her bay horse; eyes set upon the buildings and gates that lay just before her. She could feel the horse beneath her shift his wieght, emitting a soft snort. Nodding to herself, Shiloh's heels met the creature's side only a few times, followed by a soft click of her tongue behind her teeth. The horse began to trot swiftly, head held high as he mouthed at the bit. "Steady now, Venny. Don't want them to suspect anything now..." she murmured, giving a tiny tug on the reins. The horse slowed obidiently, and only moments passed until they had been accepted into the city. The girl continued to sit upon her horse, dark eyes scanning the road which they traveled upon now. The smell of food reached her, making her stomach pain with familiar hunger. Only few coins were with her at the moment, tucked safely into a small pouch in a pocket of her pants. But her hunger would have to wait; for she had no intentions of spending the last of her coins on food, but on her sword which hung at her side, sheathed. The blade had become dull in the past months and was in great need of sharpening. "But where to look...there's so many people they're giving me pains in my head," she muttered quietly enough that only Venture would be able to pick up her words.
